Requirements:
- 900,000 USD investment in a regional center that can be sold 6-7 years after the investment. Regional center has obligation to purchase it from the investor.
- 180,000 USD investment in own company
- Employ minimum of 10 persons for 3 years.
- List of assets and wealth and able to prove legitimate source of wealth.
- Proof of residency address

- Government fees 30,000 USD
- Legal fees 25,000 USD
Procedures and Processing fees:
Process takes about 2-3 years for the Green Card to be awarded for the period of 2 years and then a Permanent card will be issued. After 5 years of legal residency the card holder can apply for Citizenship.
IMPORTANT:
The process take about 2-3 years and the first Green Card is awarded for 2 years. After the elapse of 2 years, a permanent Green Card will be issued. Once the Green Card holder has been legal resident of the US for a minimum of 5 years, we will assist file for Citizenship.
